TAI CHI IN THE NEWS
"It has long been my dream that one day Americans of all ages, creeds, and colors will be practicing Tai Chi Chuan in the beautiful parks of this country as they do in China. Few places in the world offer lovely open spaces which can and should be used productively. The result would be a tremendous improvement in mental and physical well-being".

For many years, Tai Chi was something few people had heard of outside the martial arts community. Today, that is beginning to change.
Researchers, healthcare professionals, and news organizations continue to recognize the many physical and mental benefits of Tai Chi. From improving balance and flexibility to reducing stress and supporting healthy aging, more studies are helping people discover what Tai Chi practitioners have known for generations.
One of my goals with Tai Chi Daily is to help make Tai Chi more mainstream and encourage more people to experience its lifelong benefits. Every positive news story, scientific study, and personal success story helps bring us one step closer to that goal.
On this page, I've gathered a collection of Tai Chi news articles that I believe are worth reading. Some highlight new scientific research, while others share inspiring stories of people whose lives have been improved through Tai Chi.
I hope these articles encourage you, answer your questions, and perhaps even inspire someone you know to begin their own Tai Chi journey.
